Refund policy

Unfortunately, being handmade products, items are not eligible for returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please send us an email and we will do everything we can to make it right. This will not include missing packages.

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for said package. Packages being destroyed, lost or stolen, will not receive a refund. This must be handled through the shipping carrier as a claim.
